Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Nice in Ligue 1 on Saturday, with Lionel Messi opening the scoring for his side in the first half. The Argentine's performance earned him a rating of 8/10 in Goal's player ratings, where Gianluigi Donnarumma also stood out with a rating of 7/10.

Messi's goal came in the 27th minute of the game, as he finished off a low cross from Angel Di Maria to put PSG ahead. Despite a few attempts by Nice to level the score, PSG doubled their lead in the second half with a goal from Kylian Mbappe in the 51st minute.

In addition to Messi and Donnarumma, Marquinhos and Abdou Diallo were also given a rating of 7/10 for their solid performances in defence. Meanwhile, Mbappe received a rating of 6/10, with the striker missing a few chances to extend his side's lead.

The win keeps PSG's title hopes alive, as they sit four points behind league leaders Lille with six games left to play. PSG will next face Metz in Ligue 1 on April 16.
