Gwyneth Paltrow testified in a trial involving a 2016 ski crash in Utah that left a man with serious injuries. The actress, who was skiing with her children at the time, denied causing the crash and said she did not remember colliding with the man.

However, the plaintiff's lawyer argued that Paltrow was skiing out of control and crashed into the man from behind. The man, Terry Sanderson, is seeking $3.1 million in damages for his injuries.

During the trial, Paltrow's skiing instructor testified that the actress was skiing in control and that Sanderson was the one skiing recklessly.

Paltrow also testified that she saw Sanderson get up after the crash and ski away. However, Sanderson testified that he suffered a concussion and broken ribs, and was unable to ski away from the crash.

The trial is expected to continue for several more days, and the jury will ultimately decide whether Paltrow is liable for Sanderson's injuries and how much she should pay in damages.
